Selection & Preparation
Most of our equipment inventory
originates from our own power
rental fleet, or from power
generation facilities that have
been exclusively maintained by
authorized CAT®
service personnel.
In any case, RING POWER®
always performs a thorough
condition survey and inspection.
Our qualified evaluation quantifies
any work which must be done to
bring the equipment up to
specification, or to transform it
to RING POWER's strict top
quality requirements. We
identify any latent or specific
defects which would affect
operation, and we assess if the
equipment will be fit for the
required purpose.
Equipment
Reconditioning & Repair
Low hour equipment will be
serviced, repaired (if
necessary), and thoroughly
tested. Power plants, engines,
and gensets with higher hours,
or equipment not passing our
initial quality test, are
automatically scheduled for
re-manufacturing or complete
overhaul.
RING POWER®
operates modern and
state-of-the-art machine shops,
and CAT®
factory certified rebuild
facilities. Our purpose built
technical center is fully equipped to
undertake even the biggest
engine rebuilding projects. Our
machine shop facility provides specialized
remanufacturing services and
solutions for all individual
applications.
Unlike many competitors who
claim to offer reconditioned
equipment, RING POWER®
also performs complete generator
/ alternator rebuilding jobs.
All our rebuilt gensets include
an overhaul of generators. This
consists of restoring generators
to "like new" condition.
Assembly
& Testing
Finally all equipment is
assembled by highly trained and
qualified CAT®
technicians in RING POWER's CAT®
certified facility.
Engines are dyno-tested.
Generator sets are fully
load-tested to CAT®
specs and standards. Thereafter
all equipment is carefully
cleaned and newly painted in our
modern paint facility.
