No civil construction or complicated engineering work is necessary on-site. The cost savings are significant. RING POWER® splits the power plant up into modules, each of which fits onto container ships. To accommodate shipping by truck, rail, or ocean vessel, the dimensions and weight of each module are in line with ISO standard container sizes.

The contents of each are arranged so that linking wires, piping, tubing,, etc.  is easy. RING POWER® is specialized in providing custom-built solutions, incl. assisting with project management, transport, site preparation, positioning, inter-connecting, installation, and final commissioning. The power plants are user friendly and economical.

As a matter of course, the technology must be cost competitive,.. and it is. With modular equipment like the containerized power module, the per-kilowatt cost is much lower compared to using the traditional approach of custom building each plant on site. RING POWER’s cost-cutting solution is prefabrication. Sections of the plant are made in the factory, then shipped to the site and assembled in a very short time frame.

HFO (Heavy Fuel Oil) Power Plant Solutions
During the past 60 years HFO engine technologies have been utilized in power generation all over the world. Initially in the marine industry and later in fixed power plant operations. Today, the majority of permanent HFO power plants are consist of 3 to 15MW generators. Usually HFO generator sets of this size don't allow for fast mobilization. Excessive manufacturing lead times up to three years (36 months) make it difficult to satisfy urgent demand. Installation and infrastructure preparation does require a significant amount of time. The RING POWER® Fast Track Heavy Fuel Oil Solutions are available much faster. Often we have top quality used HFO power modules ready for shipment.
